3. ID VERIFICATION & DOCUMENT HANDLING

Due to legal requirements for firearms training, we collect and verify government-issued identification. Here's how we handle your ID:

  • Encryption: All ID images are encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256
  • Access: Only authorized personnel can access ID documents for verification
  • Retention: ID images are automatically deleted 30 days after your course
  • No Sharing: We never sell or share ID information with third parties

4. PAYMENT SECURITY

We use industry-standard payment processors (Authorize.Net and PaymentCloud) that are PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Only the last four digits are retained for transaction reference.

5. DATA SHARING

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Payment processors, email services, and hosting providers who assist our operations
